Essential Oil Toothpaste

After using this, my mouth feels tingly fresh for hours afterwards. No joke. I am hooked! You can add baking soda to this mix but I chose not to. As with any toothpaste, rinse and spit, do not swallow.

1 cup coconut oil
20 drops peppermint essential oil
15 drops cinnamon essential oil
15 drops spearmint essential oil
15 drops clove essential oil
15 drops myrrh essential oil

Shaving Cream- Rosemary Mint

1/3 cup shea butter

3-5 drops peppermint essential oil

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the shea butter and coconut oil, stirring until just melted. Remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl. Add in the olive oil and the essential oils. Stir to mix.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator and chill until solid. Remove from the refrigerator and whip until light and fluffy. Spoon into a jar. Keep in a cool, dry place.
